Welcome to Sauna Uno.
We want everyone to enjoy a safe, relaxing and friendly experience.
By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.
1. Bookings
Communal sauna sessions last 55 minutes.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session to allow time to change and receive a brief introduction if needed.
Late arrivals are welcome, but sessions always finish at the advertised time.
Walk-ins are welcome during communal sessions, subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate you, although we may not be able to extend your time beyond the scheduled end of the session.
Private hire reserves exclusive use of the sauna for up to 8 people. The price is for exclusive use of the sauna, regardless of the number of people attending.
2. Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your session for a full refund.
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the session start time, subject to availability.
No refunds or changes can be made within 3 hours of your booked session.
No refunds or credits are available for missed bookings or no-shows.
3. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
Occasionally we may need to cancel, relocate or reschedule a session due to operational requirements, severe weather, mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If this happens, you will be offered the choice of either a full refund or an alternative session.
4. Sauna Guidelines
Please help us keep Sauna Uno welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Please sit on a towel while using the sauna.
Outdoor footwear is not permitted inside the sauna. Clean sandals or swim shoes may be worn if preferred.
Please rinse sand from your feet and footwear before entering.
Guests are welcome to add water to the stove, provided everyone in the sauna is comfortable with increasing the heat and humidity.
Please treat our staff, fellow guests and those around the sauna with courtesy and respect.
Sauna Uno reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
5. Health and Safety
Sauna bathing is undertaken at your own risk.
You are responsible for deciding whether sauna use is appropriate for you. If you have any medical concerns, are pregnant, have an existing health condition or are taking medication that may affect your ability to use a sauna safely, please seek medical advice before booking.
If at any time you feel dizzy, faint or unwell, leave the sauna immediately and speak to a member of staff.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking and vaping are not permitted in or around the sauna.
6. Sea Swimming
Entering the sea is entirely optional and is done at your own risk.
While our team will always do their best to provide guidance on local conditions, every guest is responsible for assessing the sea conditions for themselves and deciding whether to enter the water.
7. Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Photography
You are welcome to take photographs of your own experience.
If other guests are identifiable in your photographs or videos, please obtain their permission first.
From time to time, Sauna Uno may take photographs for marketing purposes. We will always ask permission before photographing identifiable guests.
9. Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome in the changing area but are not permitted inside the sauna.
No other dogs are permitted.
10. Personal Belongings and Liability
Personal belongings are left at your own risk.
Sauna Uno accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Guests may be held responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage caused to the sauna or its equipment.
Lost property will be kept for a reasonable period where practical. Please contact us if you think you have left something behind.
11. Governing Law
These Booking Terms & Sauna Guidelines are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
