Sauna Uno is a wood-fired mobile sauna, currently on the beach at Pwllgwaelod, Pembrokeshire. Whether you're joining us after a sea swim, warming up after a coastal walk, or simply taking an hour out for yourself, we look forward to welcoming you.

Sauna Uno is a handcrafted wood-fired mobile sauna with an indoor changing area, making it easy to enjoy whatever the season. 

We keep things simple: real fire, good heat, fresh sea air and one of the most beautiful beaches in Pembrokeshire.

Stunning Locations

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of West Wales. 

Currently, you'll find us just metres from the slipway onto Pwllgwaelod Beach, one of Pembrokeshire's hidden gems and one of those places people tend to fall in love with.. 

Step straight from the heat into the sea, 
then return to the warmth of the sauna while looking out across the bay. Every tide, every season and every sky brings something 
different.

Eco-Friendly

Our sauna is heated with sustainably sourced firewood and designed to tread lightly on the landscape around us. 

We believe some of the best experiences are also some of the simplest.
